His extensive background includes founding and running agencies in activation, advertising, brand, design, digital, and direct marketing, providing him with unparalleled experience in the marketing mix. Ray set up and managed Chemistry, Ireland’s leading creative agency, for 21 years until 2020. He now focuses on collaborating with other independent communications professionals, such as creatives, photographers, producers, directors, web developers, and designers, to cover the entire communications spectrum.
Ray is a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors, a Director of The Organic Centre, and a former Board Director of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland and Copyclear. In 2023, he was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland.
